Powerful appliances such as our double cooking plates should not be connected via multiple socket boards or similar, as these are usually only designed for a specific load. Please note the current or wattage specification on the power bar!
If several appliances are connected at the same time, the permissible total power must not be exceeded.
If the length of the mains connection cable (‘power cable’) of the cooking plate is not sufficient, a suitable extension cable with a cable cross-section of at least 1.5 mm² and earthing contact plug (4000 W/16 A) must be used. The socket circuit must be fused with 16 A. For safety reasons, have the installation checked by a qualified electrician if necessary.
