Below is a brief description of the three programmes mentioned:
STEAM PRESSURE 1:
Fast and gentle cooking at low steam pressure (approx. 1.4 bar - approx. 108 °C) - for preparing fresh vegetables, fish, fruit, etc.
STEAM PRESSURE 2:
Fast and gentle cooking at high steam pressure (approx. 1.8 bar - approx. 116 °C) - for meat, poultry, soups, stews, potatoes, cereals,...
SLOW COOK:
For the gentle preparation of slow cook recipes. These are dishes that are cooked at low temperatures (75 - 95 °C) for several hours. Without steam pressure.
