In fact, the two programmes are very similar. However, they differ in the fine tuning.
The electronic control (power & time) is set slightly differently for ‘Braise’. The programme has been adapted to the typical and usual quantities. (Experience has shown that smaller quantities are used for braising than for classic steam pressure cooking). During our tests during product development, we noticed small differences in this respect; therefore, the two programmes were designed slightly differently.
In principle, however, you can use both programmes for the same dishes.
