Yes, that's what the ‘Baking 2’ programme is designed for. It is designed for the production of baked goods that require a rising time (e.g. bread, yeast-raised pastries).
The ‘Baking 2’ programme works in 2 phases:
In phase 1, the dough is left to rise at a low temperature and in phase 2, the dough is baked at the set temperature. The preparation time consists of rising time (45 min. cannot be changed) plus baking time. [Example: Setting 100 min. = 45 min. rising time and 55 min. baking time]
The temperature during the rising time is a constant 35 °C. The preset baking temperature can be changed as required.
Caution:
Preparation with lid and without steam pressure
Pressure release valve must be open!
Presetting: 80 / 90 / 100 min
Possible setting: 60 - 135 min
