The bread must be turned in the pan after the ‘Baking 2’ baking programme has finished. Then brown the second side again using the ‘Bake 1’ programme. This works very well and the shape of the bread will be nicer. On the MeinHans recipe page you will find numerous suggestions and recipes for bread.
