The MD 1000 multicooker works with a maximum pressure of 1.8 bar.
It is not possible to set the pressure manually. Our multicooker MD 1000 - Mein Hans has 2 different steam pressure programmes. The steam pressure 1 programme is suitable for quick and gentle cooking at a low steam pressure of approx. 1.4 bar. Here you can cook vegetables or fish, for example. The steam pressure 2 programme is also available.
