Make sure that you only use the original films from ROMMELSBACHER and that the corrugated side of the film is positioned where the sealing bar is located in the appliance. If this does not solve the problem, make sure that the area where the seam should be is clean and that the film has not been inserted at an angle or diagonally over an edge. In addition, the holes in the ventilation flap must be clean and the film bag must not protrude too far into the appliance.
