You can cut a wide range of things with this knife. The scope of delivery includes two blades for different types of food. With the normal blade pair you can cut meat, poultry (not the bones), sausage and cheese with a slice thickness from approx. 4 mm (except firm hard cheese), fruit, vegetables, salad, bread (including sandwiches), cakes, pies, especially cream, ice cream and custard pies, ice cream and much more.
