The programmess (6) KUCHEN (CAKE) and (8) BACKEN (BAKING) are particularly suitable for baking cakes. The programme BACKEN (BAKING) has a variable baking time of 10 - 60 minutes. Thus you an adapt the baking time according to your needs. If the display shows 10 minutes, when you switch on, use the keyboard to increase the value to the desired baking time. The programme CAKE (KUCHEN) has a fixed baking time of 80 minutes and a total time period (stirring, resting, baking) of 110 minutes.
