The machine works in a gentle cold pressing process (as described in the operating instructions) and automatically maintains the necessary pressing temperatures. Cold pressing only applies if the pressed product remains in a temperature range between 30 °C - 38 °C - and the machine does this automatically. It switches off if it gets too warm. (The more is pressed, the warmer the machine gets - because friction/pressure generates heat).
The pressing temperature is therefore only important to the extent that it should remain below 40 °C in order to ensure gentle cold pressing.
