No - as far as we know, the inside of cherry stones does not contain any oil.
You have to bear in mind that you can't squeeze out the skins; you would have to crack the pits first to get to the inside (as with almonds, nuts, etc.). We have not yet heard whether the inside of cherries stones contains so much pulp and oil.
