Information on the "defrosting stage" of our small ovens: A fan distributes the ambient temperature evenly in the baking chamber. This defrosts the frozen food gently and carefully.
As always with defrosting, the duration depends on the frozen food (size, thickness and consistency) and is somewhat faster and more even than if the food is defrosted at normal room temperature on the work surface. We cannot make any generalised statements about this.
