Safety valve with pin (models EKO 364/E, EKO 366/E)
The safety valve ensures that the jug functions effectively and guarantees optimum coffee quality.
For the safety valve to function reliably, it is necessary to move the pin in the centre of the valve back and forth with your finger several times before each use and especially after a long period of non-use.
You cannot check the opening pressure in this way.
