Yes, with the EKM 100 you can grind poppy seeds as finely as you like.
As poppy seeds are very oily, you should grind in small portions and interrupt the grinding process occasionally to loosen the ground poppy seed layers sticking to the edge and push them inwards (towards the blade) with a spatula.
