To make breadcrumbs, we recommend using a multi chopper, such as our MZ 400 and MZ 500 models, or a table blender, if available.
Nevertheless, you can produce small quantities of breadcrumbs with the EKM 100 coffee grinder. Before processing, the hard, dried bread rolls must be cut into small cubes.
Attention: The container is designed for coffee in terms of its size, so please only fill in small quantities of bread rolls in order to achieve a uniform result.
