The model EGK 200 is mainly used to process dry or slightly moist items. We therefore state the filling quantities in the instructions in grams rather than millilitres. The following is an overview of the size volume of the containers:
- Filling up to the MIN mark: 90 ml
- Filling up to the MAX mark: 210 ml
- The total internal volume of a container is approx. 360 ml, but this is not to be understood as a usable filling quantity!
In general, the EGK 200 is not suitable for very liquid foods. These should be processed with a hand blender or blender jug.
Oily foods or moist foods (e.g. herbs) may only be processed in the container with the 4-blade blade. The container with the 2-blade blade is only intended for dry ground food.
