The ‘Herbs’ programme has a fixed programmed temperature of approx. 55 °C.
Here are a few tips: If the temperature for the Herbs programme is too high for you, you can also choose a different programme. In the yoghurt (42 °C), cream cheese (30 °C) or vegan (38 °C) programme, you also have the option of making an extract. To produce a particularly flavoursome solution, we recommend extending the maturing time. This can be set individually from 1 - 24 hours.
