The grill plate of the RCC 1500 heats up to approx. 200 - 220 °C. This is similar to a ‘normal’ electric table grill. You can sear/grill thin pork steaks, poultry steaks, fillet slices etc. as normal. For thick beef steaks or a T-bone etc., the temperature may be a little too low. Of course, it also depends on your personal taste and how you like your meat cooked.
