The pizza/bread baking stone is suitable for all ovens. It is perfectly matched to the ROMMELSBACHER small ovens BG 1600 PizzAvanti and BG 1650 and BG 1620. This stone has been specially designed for use in ovens at temperatures of up to 300 degrees. Use in or on other appliances (e.g. gas grill as a hot stone) is not recommended, as the stone removes the water from the food. This function characterises it as a pizza stone, as it enables a crispy edge and a crispy crust on the pizza/bread.
