The non-stick coating makes the baking trays very easy to clean. The best way to clean the hot plates is with a soft brush or a damp cloth. Brush stubborn residues with a little oil and leave to work for a few minutes. Then wipe again with a damp cloth. Then rub with a dry cloth.
