Then it may be due to a safety switch. The appliance has two safety switches that ensure safe operation. It only works if both safety switches are activated.
- Safety switch on the filler neck: The filler neck must be correctly placed on the base unit and locked
- Safety switch on the base unit: The base unit must be correctly placed on the collection container.
