First remove coarse soiling from the CERAN® plate by soaking it with a damp cloth. The coarse dirt can then be removed with a suitable glass scraper (commercially available). For further cleaning, use special care products or a little water and washing-up liquid. Please do not use abrasive cleaners or oven sprays on the glass surface, as these will scratch the material.
