As the texture/weight of each type of meat is different, it is not possible to give a generalised answer. As a guide, we can say that the usable area per shelf is approx. 800 cm²; (with 4 shelves, this is 0.32 square metres) If necessary, you can use this to calculate how many strips of meat you can place on each shelf.
We know from bloggers' recipes, for example, that around 1 - 1.2 kg of meat can be processed into beef jerky on 4 shelves. The appliance can be extended with additional shelves so that slightly larger quantities are also possible.
