The drying rack grids are made of stainless steel with the designation SUS 304. The frame of the drying rack and the lid of the device are made of PS plastic. The muesli moulds are made of silicone and are therefore BPA-free.
All components that may come into contact with food comply with the strict requirements of the LFGB (German law for materials in contact with food) and are tested and certified accordingly. All other relevant EU directives restricting the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment are also complied with.
